Intersquad Meet


Date: Wednesday, March 22nd

Location: Liberty Track

Starting Time: 3:30 (Please be on the track and stretching at 3:15pm)

Please arrange to have a ride pick you up at the conclusion of the meet. The meet should be over between 5:30 and 6:30pm.

Order Of Events (Intersquad Only)
All Field Events First (They will start at 3:30pm)
- High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot, Discus
The mile run (1600m) will also start at 3:30pm
- If you are running the mile and doing a field event, report to the mile first and then travel to your field event.

Hurdles (Girls followed by boys)
100m Dash
800m Run
400m Dash

All Athletes must run in at least one of the following three events: 400m, 800m or 1600m

Optional Track Practice - Distance

Friday, March 10th

(There is no school on this date and therefore no official practice)

We will have an optional distance running practice at the high school from 2:30pm-4:00pm. Please meet on the high school track. You will need to have a ride pick you up at 4:00pm.

Liberty Track Schedule

The 2006 Liberty Track schedule is currently posted on the Liberty Middle School Web Site. All athletes will be given a copy of the schedule at practice today. The Intersquad Meet is the first scheduled meet of the season, this meet will take place on the Liberty track at 3:30pm on Wednesday, March 22nd.
