Location: SIUE Cross Country Course

*Please be at the course by 2:00pm
Varsity Girls Race: 3:00pm
Varsity Boys Race: 3:30pm
Open Race: 4:00pm (Boys and Girls Combined)

This is a 2.1 mile course

Make sure you stretch prior to your race.
Please eat a healthy breakfast and lunch Saturday
Rember to drink plenty of water and/or sports drinks Friday night and Saturday throughout the day.
